What airport do I fly into?
Please book your flight to Ngurah Rai International Airport (DPS) in Denpasar, Bali.
Is airport pickup included?
Yes. Drivers arranged through Gunang A will meet you at the airport holding a sign with your name. Transportation to the venue is included. Travel time is usually between 1.5 and 2.5 hours, depending on traffic. Your driver will take you directly to the venue.
What travel documents do I need to bring?
To enter Bali, you must have:
• A passport valid for at least six months beyond your arrival date
• At least two blank pages in your passport
• Proof of an onward or return ticket
• Completion of the mandatory digital All Indonesia Arrival Card (a combined customs, immigration, and health declaration) within 72 hours of arrival
Most nationalities also require a Visa on Arrival (VoA), valid for 30 days and extendable once for an additional 30 days. An eVOA can also be applied for online before travel for faster processing.
Can the retreat accommodate dietary preferences or allergies?
We will request your dietary preferences and allergies after registration so the kitchen can prepare accordingly. While Gunang An is able to honor many common needs, we cannot guarantee full accommodation of every restriction or allergy due to venue limitations and local food availability. We encourage you to share your needs clearly so we can support you as best as possible.
How does room sharing work for double occupancy?
If booking alone, you will be thoughtfully paired with another participant. If booking with a friend, you’ll receive the bring-a-friend discounted rate.
What should I pack for Bali?
A full packing guide will be emailed, but essentials include lightweight clothing, comfortable walking shoes, swimwear, a journal, medications, and anything that helps you feel grounded and open to the experience.
Is travel insurance required?
It is not required, but strongly recommended for international travel.
Does the retreat guarantee business results or income?
No. The retreat provides tools, alignment, and hands-on support, but business outcomes depend on your ongoing action, alignment, and integration.
